# Every test should make the next one smarter.

> Kommerce connects your unit economics, creative, offers, landing pages, and paid media into one operating system, then puts an operator team on it to execute.

_The acquisition engine for ecommerce_

[Get an Acquisition Diagnostic](/diagnostic)

Built for brands already investing seriously in acquisition.

- **Intelligence**: Know the constraint
- **Execution**: Ship the intervention
- **Learning**: Compound the verdict

## More tools haven’t created more clarity.

Every system in your stack holds one piece of the answer and none of the context.

- **Meta** knows what it spent.
- **Shopify** knows what it sold.
- **Your creative team** knows what it made.
- **Your CRO tool** knows what it tested.
- **Claude** knows what you asked it.

**Nobody remembers:** why it was tested, what actually changed, what caused the result, what the verdict was, what to test next.

Most ecommerce teams don’t have a data problem. They have a learning problem.

## Turn acquisition into a system that learns.

One cycle, run on purpose, recorded every time. The output of each test is the input to the next.

01. **Economics**: Margin, CAC ceiling, payback.
02. **Constraint**: The one thing capping growth.
03. **Hypothesis**: What we believe and why.
04. **Test**: The smallest decisive version.
05. **Funnel**: The four levers we can move.
06. **Result**: What the market returned.
07. **Verdict**: Win, lose, or inconclusive.
08. **Learning**: What is now true about your buyer.
09. **Next test**: Starts smarter than the last one.

**Funnel = Audience + Ad + Page + Offer.** Change one lever at a time and the verdict means something.

Step 09 becomes step 01. That is the whole point.

## One operating layer across acquisition.

Six capabilities in one system, not six tools to reconcile. Modules are capabilities, not separate things to buy.

- **Intelligence**: Economics, spend, and funnel data in one place, read against your CAC ceiling instead of a dashboard average.
- **Experiments**: Every test carries a hypothesis, one moved lever, and a verdict. Nothing runs without a reason on the record.
- **Creative**: Concepts, scripts, static and video, briefed off the constraint and versioned so you can tell what won and why.
- **Pages**: Landing pages and offer pages built and tested as part of the funnel, not handed off to a separate team.
- **Media Buying**: Structure, budget, and bidding run against the test plan, in your ad accounts, under your name.
- **Learning**: The account memory. Constraints found, tests run, verdicts reached, and what each one taught you.

Runs in the accounts you already own: Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Slack, ClickUp.

## Software remembers. Operators decide.

Tools give you more surface area to manage. Agencies give you activity. The pairing is what makes the loop actually turn.

### Software remembers

- Every hypothesis, lever, and verdict is written down.
- Economics stay attached to the test that moved them.
- Context survives staff changes, agencies, and quarters.

### Operators decide

- A named operator owns your constraint, not a ticket queue.
- Judgment calls on what to test next are made by a person.
- You get a point of view, and someone accountable for it.

The promise is not a dashboard. It is a team that owns the constraint.

## The fix depends on the constraint.

The diagnostic decides which of these we run. You are not picking line items off a menu.

- **Paid Media**: Account structure, budget logic, and bidding rebuilt around the test plan.
- **Creative**: Concepting and production briefed off the constraint, not off a content quota.
- **Creator-Led Creative**: Creator and UGC production when the constraint is trust or native format.
- **Landing Pages**: Page builds and page tests when the drop-off is after the click.
- **Offers**: Bundles, guarantees, and price architecture when the offer is the ceiling.
- **Economics**: Margin, CAC ceiling, and payback modelling that sets the rules for everything else.
- **Experimentation**: Test design and cadence when the real constraint is learning speed.
- **Measurement**: Tracking and attribution when you cannot trust what the numbers are telling you.

## Cases publish when the learning holds up.

We would rather show you nothing than show you a story that does not survive a phone call.

- **Problem**: The constraint we found, in your economics, not a vanity metric.
- **Intervention**: The one thing we changed, and the lever it moved.
- **Result**: What the market returned, measured against the CAC ceiling.
- **Learned**: The verdict, and what the next test inherited from it.

**Two cases in verification.** We are holding them until every number and every verdict is confirmed by the brand. References are available on a call in the meantime. Named references available on request.

## One accountable acquisition team.

Kommerce Managed runs the loop on your account. One team owns the constraint, the intervention, and the verdict, inside the operating system that remembers all three.

- **A named operator owns the number**: Not an account manager relaying updates. The person deciding what to test next is the person accountable for the result.
- **The system is the deliverable**: Creative, pages, offers, and media buying run inside one operating layer, so the work stops being a pile of disconnected outputs.
- **Every cycle leaves you smarter**: You end each month knowing your constraint, your verdicts, and your next tests. That compounds whether or not we are still here.
- **Your accounts, your data, your assets**: Spend runs in your ad accounts. Creative, pages, and the learning record stay yours.

Scope is set after the diagnostic, on a call, once we both know what the constraint actually is.

## Find the constraint before spending harder.

The Acquisition Diagnostic is a narrow, complete read of where your growth is actually capped. You get the answer whether or not you work with us.

**What we examine**

- Unit economics and CAC ceiling
- Paid media structure and spend efficiency
- Creative strategy and production throughput
- Landing pages and post-click conversion
- Offer architecture and price positioning
- Measurement and attribution integrity
- Testing velocity and decision quality

**What you get back**

- **Your primary constraint**: The one thing capping growth right now, named and evidenced.
- **Your top opportunities**: Ranked by expected impact against your CAC ceiling, not by effort.
- **Your first experiments**: The specific tests to run next, with the hypothesis and the lever for each.

Applications are reviewed before anything is scheduled. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the spot.

## Questions, answered.

### What is the Acquisition Diagnostic?

A narrow, complete read of where your acquisition is capped. We examine your unit economics, paid media, creative, landing pages, offers, measurement, and testing velocity, then give you your primary constraint, your ranked opportunities, and the first experiments to run. You keep the output either way.

### Why do I have to apply instead of just booking?

Because the diagnostic is only useful above a certain level of spend and margin, and a call with the wrong fit wastes both sides. The application takes a few minutes and tells us enough to either prepare properly or tell you honestly that this is not for you yet.

### What does Kommerce Managed cost?

We quote scope on the call, after the diagnostic, once we both know what the constraint is and what it takes to move it. Publishing a number before that would be guessing. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly from your own accounts.

### Is this software or a service?

Both, and they are not separable. The software holds the economics, the tests, and the verdicts so context never gets lost. The operator team decides what to test next and executes it. Software remembers, operators decide.

### How is this different from an agency?

An agency sells you activity and keeps the reasoning in someone’s head or in a deck. Kommerce runs a loop where every test carries a hypothesis, one moved lever, and a recorded verdict, so the account gets smarter instead of just busier. When an operator leaves, the learning does not.

### How is this different from another AI tool?

A tool hands you more output and leaves the decisions with you. The constraint in most accounts is not output volume, it is knowing which test matters next. That is a judgment call, and a person makes it here.

### Which channels do you run?

Paid social and paid search, primarily Meta and Google, with TikTok where the creative format fits. Spend runs in your own ad accounts so you keep the history, the pixels, and the learning.

### Who owns the work?

You do. Ad accounts, creative, landing pages, offer assets, and the learning record are all yours, during the engagement and after it.

### Why is there no case study on this page?

Because a case only goes here when all four lines are verified: the constraint we found, what we changed, what it returned, and what the next test inherited. Two are in verification with the brands now. Named references are available on a call.
